How to Plant a Tree

It is important to put extra care to your plant at the first day of planting, continues care will ensure the tree will live healthier.

Suitable Time for Planting
The newly planted tree required an average temperature and sufficient water to ensure the root system grow and adapt to the surrounding environment before the drought season.

Tree Planting Method
All method require digging of planting holes.

The usual practice is to plant the tree to a suitable depth not deeper than where the tree was extracted from the nursery. The diameter of the planting hole needs to be at least 3 times the diameter of the rootball, or the size of the container used to hold the root.

Planting a "Balled and Burlapped" Tree

If you plant the tree with Ball & Burlap, please ensure the rootball constantly keep moist and kept at the shaded area. The tree with ball and burlap has to be carried from the rootball, not from the tree trunk. Please ensure the rootball is well taken care of without any cut on the root system.

The soil mix must consist of peat moss, compost material and topsoil and should be filled on the planting hole after the tree placement. Please ensure that the filled soil is not compacted to facilitate water flow through the soil particle and to provide space for new roots to grow.
